  I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus on September 16, through Microsoft HUP for my new laptop that i purchased. Up until this change was made as part of the July product terms, HUP Office benefit allowed Software Assurance customers to buy Office I cannot install Office that I purchased through the HUP via download AND backup media. Doe anyone know how to successfully access an order.
